Sharon A. Parisi

Sharon Parisi has over ten years of experience in conflict analysis and resolution, skills training, collaborative problem-solving, facilitation, strategic planning sessions, and the investigation of workplace discrimination.

Classified as a TMCA Credentialed Distinguished Mediator, Ms. Parisi is a charter member of the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA). She is an active member of many professional dispute resolution organizations. She is a past treasurer and former board member of Southwest Conflict Resolution Network (also known as the Conflict Resolution Network) and is a founding member of the North Texas Conflict Resolution Conference.

Ms. Parisi earned a B.A. in Education from the University of Iowa, and received a Master of Liberal Arts specializing in dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University. She has completed over 1,500 hours of specialized training in conflict resolution, including mediation training at Harvard Law School where she studied under the notable Professor Frank E. A. Sander. She completed graduate internships in mediation and investigation with the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

She provides conflict management services and training to public and private organizations. Her clients include families and divorcing couples, corporations, faith-based groups, educational institutions, community associations, small businesses, courts and federal agencies.

As a bonus to her qualifications in conflict resolution, Ms. Parisi is a certified teacher and provides additional experience and knowledge in conducting and designing workshops and skills training, as well as to disputes in the educational arena. Plus, as a licensed Realtor, she brings valuable expertise to real estate related disputes.

She is a popular speaker on conflict management and has co-authored published articles on mediation.

Jane A. Stephenson

Jane Stephenson has a Master of Liberal Arts specializing in dispute resolution from Southern Methodist University, in Dallas, Texas.

She provides conflict resolution services and mediation training to public, private and nonprofit organizations. Her clients include corporations, educational institutions, religious entities, community associations, federal agencies and courts.

An experienced mediator of divorce cases and family issues, Ms. Stephenson, also, arbitrates business disputes and is a skilled dispute investigator and an accomplished neutral in workplace discrimination.

Her extensive training in conflict resolution includes over 1,500 hours of advanced level instruction. She studied under the notable Professor Frank E. A. Sander at Harvard Law School and completed graduate level internships as mediator and investigator at the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Ms. Stephenson is a charter member of the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association (TMCA) and holds the highest rating as a TMCA Credentialed Distinguished Mediator. Based on her professionalism and exemplary record in the field of conflict management, she was selected by the TMCA to serve on the first Grievance Committee for dispute resolution practitioners in Texas.

She is an active member of many professional conflict management organizations. She is a former president of Southwest Conflict Resolution Network (also known as Conflict Resolution Network) and a past board member of the Dallas Chapter of the Association for Conflict Resolution. She co-founded the North Texas Conflict Resolution Conference and co-chaired the event in 2007 at Texas Wesleyan University School of Law and in 2008 at Southern Methodist University.

In addition to maintaining her dispute resolution practice, Ms. Stephenson is continuously appointed to review and judge papers and workshops for an international symposium on conflict management. She has co-authored published articles on mediation and is a popular speaker on conflict resolution.
